Perinatal Wellbeing Support

Perinatal Wellbeing Support

Our 1:1 perinatal wellbeing support service supports parents who are struggling with their emotional or mental wellbeing during the perinatal period, the 1001 critical days from conception to a child’s second birthday.

The perinatal period can be a challenging time, emotionally and mentally for many parents.

Our perinatal wellbeing support is free and confidential. Our Perinatal Support Worker supports parents in many ways including:

  • Emotional and practical support

  • Support to access groups

  • Advocacy in meetings and appointments

  • Signposting to other organisation's which can support you

  • Support with Infant feeding and parenting

  • Our Perinatal Support worker has parenting experience, knowledge and training to enable them to understand the challenges faced in the perinatal period.
